The Vision of the BCC Choir is threefold:
- To provide life-changing experiences that will afford each student participant numerous opportunities to practice, perfect and promote vocal music talents through exposure in various venues external to the public school environment;
- To foster opportunities that will promote students in development of life management skills, thus thoroughly equipping students for further pursuance of academic development for professional careers;
- To financially support through scholarships each qualified participant desiring to pursue higher learning at an institution of their choice.
FRIENDS OF THE CHOIR MISSION STATEMENT:
The Friends of the Choir will uphold the vision of the Baltimore City College Choir by:
- Obtaining financial resources for Baltimore City College Choir Student Scholarships;
- Seeking exposure opportunities in venues external to the Baltimore City Public School environment;
- Supplying operational support to the Baltimore City College High School Choral Music Program.

The Friends of the Baltimore City College Choir, Incorporated is an independent organization established to be a funding source and operational support promoting the vision of the Baltimore City College High School Choral Music Program.
